1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ellite Studios website and the rental of costumes and wardrobe items ("Items") from Ellite Studios ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Rentals & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. All rentals are subject to availability for the dates you select. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Rental Period
The rental period begins and ends on the dates selected at checkout. Items must be returned by the agreed return date. Late returns may incur additional charges for each day the Item is overdue, up to the full replacement value of the Item.
4. Payment & Deposits
Payment is taken in full at the time of booking via our secure payment provider. A refundable security deposit may be required for certain Items and will be returned after the Item has been received and inspected, less any deductions for loss or damage.
5. Care, Loss & Damage
You are responsible for the Items while they are in your possession. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, allowing for reasonable wear. Please do not wash or attempt to repair any Item yourself — cleaning is included as part of your rental. Charges may apply for staining, damage beyond normal wear, or loss, up to the full replacement value of the Item.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible. Refunds for cancellations are subject to how far in advance of the rental start date the request is made. Please see our FAQs or contact us for details specific to your booking.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ellite Studios shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our Items or website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
